Hi my name is Gary

I am a Personal Trainer based in Milton Keynes.

I’ve been training for over 30 years starting at the age of six. I began with martial arts and continued this for 16 years, gaining a position in the England knock down squad. I then moved on to running and have now completed the London marathon twice (2005 and 2006). I managed to reduce my time by 90 minutes in 2006. Since 2010 I have concentrated heavily on personal training and bootcamp sessions.
